4. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscriptions are billed through CCBill. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by CCBill's cancellation policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Stories submitted by human authors remain the intellectual property of the author. By submitting content you grant Dirty Literature a non-exclusive license to display the content on the platform. You may request removal at any time by contacting us.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Dirty Literature is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the site. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account at our discretion.
